Two units of identical size can differ enormously in what they can actually accommodate — the weight your machinery can sit on, the height you can stack to, the power you can draw, and how easily lorries can load and unload. Getting these specifications right before you buy or lease saves expensive retrofits later and, in many cases, determines whether your operation is even viable in the building.
